happy casual friday!

sometimes i just really miss living in manhattan.the hustle & bustle,{my legs gained some serious endurance from all that fast-paced walking}the delicious food,{i seriously dream about Levain cookies}the diversity,{can't tell you how many interesting conversations i had with people}and even occasionally the subway.{okay, maybe that one is a stretch. but i miss feeling like a new yorker}

so i break out my pink yankees hat to compensate for my longing to go back.baseball caps have really become a statement this fall,& i love the casual yet put together vibe they give off.currently craving this one from nordy.

speaking of which, the nordstrom half-yearly sale started this week.can't wait to show you my favorite picks in the next couple of days!
