craving a Spring look
Spring is officially in less than a month {March 20th!} and i am SO ready for it! i truly do love winter fashion and all the fun layering, but this girl is ready for warm weather and all things pastel. it rained all last week while we were in LA, it's rained most of the week here in AZ, and we are headed to Vegas today where it just snowed {yes, you read that right}. so ready to pack-up and go somewhere for spring break!!!! just kidding, i don't have a spring break anymore, but maybe this is a little hint for Robbie, haha!i skipped Casual Friday last week, so sharing a round up of what i've been reading, watching, buying, etc. below.first of all, can't thank YOU ALL enough for your love and support on this post with my girl Dani Austin! it's officially my most liked post, but more importantly the response has been incredible. so thankful to have a platform to share important messages like this! this week, we've been featured in Glamour UK, Health, Aerie, and so many of your IG Stories & posts! thank you so, so much!i'm a huge fan of the brand Mansur Gavriel, and this week they are running an online sample sale. snagged these slingback heels for $150 {originally $475!!} with code MGSAMPLESALE! here's everything included in the sample sale. these shoes match the round bag i purchased from them last spring, so i'm excited to have a matching set now!my SIL Chantel told me about these mesh zippered laundry bags for your delicates, so i ordered them and can't wait to use them! the answer to all my laundry prayers! washing sweaters can be tough sometimes {and bras/lingerie!}.i also re-ordered my favorite prenatal vitamins! i've been taking these since last January, thanks to the recommendation from my other SIL Shannon, who is a peds ER nurse and super passionate about all things motherhood. be sure to follow her if you're a mom! {for anyone new around here, robbie and i have been trying to start a family!}i finished reading The Nightingale right before we went to LA, and boy was that a great read! couldn't recommend it enough, and in fact it was one of the top most recommended books by all of you!still pinching myself for being included in this post about the Best Fashion Bloggers of 2019 and how we are changing the way you all dress! some of my very favorite OG bloggers {and friends, too!} are included in this list, and i'm honored to be a part of it.these photos were shot at the Urban Light installation at the LCMA in Los Angeles! one of my favorite places to shoot in LA. you can find another blog post from last year here {and one of my favorite outfits from last year, too!}.as mentioned above, we are heading to Vegas today! i gave robbie tickets to see the Donny and Marie Show for Valentine's Day, so we get to enjoy that and family & friends this weekend. it was my dad's birthday this week too, so fun to celebrate a bit belated together! have the best weekend. xx
