exploring Tulum on the #LTKgetaway!

while in Mexico on our #LTKgetaway, we took a day trip to Tulum! robbie and i have actually never been to this part of Mexico, so it was such a treat to explore even more of the beautiful country. we only got to stay for the afternoon, so we definitely plan to come back to stay in Tulum to really take it all in. we visited the Gran Cenote, which is one of Mexico's most famous cenotes {a natural sinkhole that results from a collapse of limestone that exposes natural groundwater}. the water is so beautiful and clear, perfect for diving and snorkeling. you can see below how stunning the water is!after hanging out at the cenote, we headed to Coba to visit the Mayan Ruins! once on the grounds, we biked about 15 minutes on a dirt path to get to the ruins. the steps were pretty steep, but we made it to the top and the view was incredible! we were so high above the jungle and you could just see the canopy spreading in all directions. getting down the ruins was another story! i literally scooted down on my bum so i wouldn't fall AND there was a rope to hold onto as well. we can now check climbing a Mayan Ruin off our bucket list!it was hot and humid, so i wore my ivory crochet one piece underneath my rolled denim shorts and i was good to go! the cutest white sneakers and a few accessories helped pull my 'adventuring look' together. we had so much fun being in Tulum for a day and can't wait to return in the future! xx ivory crochet one piece c|o Urban Outfittersrolled denim shorts c|o Urban Outfittersround sunglasses c|o Urban Outfitterscognac leather backpack c|o Brahminwhite sneakers c|o Marc Fisherturquoise necklace c|o Kendra Scottgold hoopsimpassioned lipstickrobbie's cheetah tankrobbie's striped swim trunks
