Guest Bedroom Reveal!
I am so excited to share with you our second room reveal in Tripp Oasis {be sure to check out Taz's nursery reveal here in case you missed it}! We've now had many visiting friends and family stay in our guest room since moving in almost six months ago and it's been so fun! It was actually the first room to be fully completed because we love having friends and family come stay with us and wanted everyone to feel comfortable and at home. As for the decor, we went with a Sonoran desert theme to give our guests a truly authentic Arizona experience while staying with us! It's cozy, warm, and inviting, just like the desert sun. We wanted it to feel like a postcard tribute to our beautiful Grand Canyon State. Robbie actually put together most of this room and we just love how it turned out!
First things first: It was very important for us to have a comfy bed for our guests! We knew we wanted a king size bed because that's become a strong preference for us when traveling and staying at a hotel or with friends/family {once you get used to sleeping on a King, a Queen just feels so squished haha!} We heard so many wonderful things about the Leesa mattress {especially from our good friend/amazing blogger Jenn Lake!} and we ended going with their King Hybrid Mattress. Every single guest has absolutely loved the mattress and always remarks how comfy it is. Both Robbie and I have also taken a snooze on it and we couldn't love it more! It's soft while also giving the support you need while sleeping.
