this past weekend, robbie and i had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zelos for a little staycation in the City! we had such a great time & i've been excited to tell you all about it! Hotel Zelos is located in the SOMA neighborhood in the heart of downtown San Francisco {fun fact: SOMA stands for 'South of Market' Street}! as you can see above, it's hard to miss this stunning building! Hotel Zelos is a contemporary, luxury hotel with roomy guestrooms and amazing views of downtown. we were actually on the top floor's corner king room and couldn't believe how amazing the view was! it's pretty picturesque to look out your window and see a cable car cruising along with the fog rolling in.

Hotel Zelos has conveniently located valet parking in its basement, which is such a huge plus when staying downtown. it's also right in the middle of the best shopping downtown SF has to offer! Nordstrom is right next door {we shopped the #Nsale... again}, as well as the rest of the Westfield Shopping Centre that houses stores such as Bloomingdales, Burke Williams, J. Crew, Kate Spade, Madewell, Red Valentino, Tory Burch, Zara, etc. basically, a girl's shopping dream come true! the best part is, the shopping doesn't end there! close by are all the high-end boutiques such as Chanel, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, etc. {surprisingly, robbie was the one who walked out of All Saints with a new purchase, not me. check him out rocking his new leather jacket here. *heart eyes*} Union Square is in walking distance, too! it was so fun exploring everything the SOMA neighborhood has to offer! there's some great food choices, too. Lemonade just opened a few months ago and although we haven't tried it yet, it's on our list!

we ate dinner our first night at the Dirty Habit, which is located on the fifth floor of Hotel Zelos. it has an incredible rooftop setting that is both chic and intimate. we've actually eaten here once before and loved it! The Dirty Habit is known for their shareable plates that have unique flavors. robbie and i split a few dishes, but my favorite were the homemade donuts with rhubarb inside for dessert {see below}. my mouth is watering just thinking about them! on the weekends, Hotel Zelos hosts a breakfast within the Dirty Habit solely for hotel guests. i don't think i've ever eaten better french toast! i told robbie we must go stay again, just so i can indulge in that brunch!

we had a fantastic time staying at Hotel Zelos and exploring our own city! since we've still only been here a few months, we try and see something new every chance we get. between the shopping, amazing eats, luxurious decor, and friendliness of the hotel staff, we couldn't recommend Hotel Zelos enough! if you're ever in San Francisco, be sure to shoot me an email and i'll send you an itinerary. xx
