introducing SimplyBe: a body positive brand i can get behind!

i love finding size inclusive brands and today i'm super excited to partner with SimplyBe and introduce you to their size inclusive brand! they started off as a British brand but now they are relaunching online here in the US. being a millennial myself, i pretty much only shop online. i'm also always getting emails and DMs asking about which brands i recommend for curvy women. well, this month SimplyBe USA has debuted their athleisure and swim collection {see below!} and next month the festival collection launches, which will be perfect since i'm heading to Coachella.the campaign below was shot in LA and Palm Springs, two of my very favorite destinations right here in CA! i am so obsessed with how the photos turned out, so chic & sexy! the girls represent the kind of body confidence that Simply Be promotes for women of all sizes. i love that the collection is all about creating confidence-enhancing clothes for women and was designed for all shapes, with Simply Be's expertise in making pieces flattering and on-trend.the relaunch also features prominent curvy models that i'm a big fan of, including Leticia Thomas and Sarina Nowak. i saw Sarina in person at the Sports Illustrated Swim show when i attended Miami Swim Week last year and it made me so so happy to see my body type represented on the runway! it's so awesome to see these beautiful curvy women breaking down barriers in the fashion industry. the brand specifically chose these models because their followers value their authenticity and unapologetic love of their bodies. add me to that list! let's hear it for body positivity & confidence!the plus-size market in the US makes up just 10% of overall apparel sales, but 67% of women wear a size 14 or larger– that's a huge disconnect. SimplyBe's launch here in the US is helping bridge that gap!to celebrate the launch, SimplyBe will have pop-up shops all around the country in major cities and at universities. that way you can try on the clothes and see how they fit. one of my very favorite parts about SimplyBe is their focus on fashion that fits. because isn't that what we all want, no matter our size or shape?!
