jewel tones.

i've always been a huge fan of jewel tones,and these picture don't do these changing leaves justice.there's just something about earthy colors that only mother nature can produce.and the way the soft light of an early evening sunhits these fall trees and makes them truly glow.

it's hard to make an exact copy of these colors,but this vintage necklace i got at Decades,gold-specked burgundy lipstick,& my forest green vest (obsessed with the gold hardware on it)are my favorite hues of earthy jewel tones right now.

these autumn colors won't last too much longer,but i'm positive my jewel tones will last longinto the dead of winter to brighten up dreary days.
