i took these photos with Megan G. Photography when i was home in sunny Vegas over the holidays! Megan & i both grew up in Vegas {although on opposite ends of town} and both studied Communications at BYU. we even took a few classes together, coincidentally. she's so sweet & has amazing talent, so if you're looking for a photographer in Vegas, Megan is your girl!there's nothing better than a simple outfit that i can just throw on & add pretty details to dress it up. that's how my outfits go most days during the winter: jeans, a chunky sweater, & accessories to make the outfit stand out. i bought these distressed jeans at Urban Outfitters on Black Friday & due to the line being so long, i didn't even try them on. which doesn't happen if you're a girl. luckily, they fit perfect when i tried them on at home! i self-patched the jeans to about my knees for a little more coverage by using these iron-on patches. i couldn't resist pairing these cheetah flats {one of my favorite Christmas gifts} with this outfit. i absolutely adore all the details in these shoes: the pointed toe, the gold hardware, the real calf hair, and dainty bow all while being completely lined in gold. #dreamshoesi love how my monogrammed GiGi New York clutch {another fav Christmas present} pops against this outfit {and matches the lipstick Heroine perfectly}, but it's mostly the SKT initials that still give me butterflies every time i see the name change and realize i'm forever Mrs. Tripp {mushy, i know}! sweater: Targetdistressed jeans: Urban Outfitters {self-patched}flats: Nordstrom {sold out, similar here}clutch: GiGi New Yorknecklace: J.
