i finally gave in to the over-the-knee {OTK} boot trend! last fall i swore them off because i thought i was too short and the boots would just cut off my body length. but then i found these fab Rachel Zoe boots at an incredible price at my local Nordstrom Rack and it was a done deal. i debated for a while if i should keep them, but i finally caved-- and now i absolutely love them! the stacked heel & gold zipper details, swoon! i can't wait to wear these OTK boots with a dress as well.robbie and i are home! we had an absolutely blast in Orlando, celebrating his 25th birthday! for those of who don't follow me on social media, i surprised him with a trip to Harry Potter World! we are both huge fans, and he has never been {and i've never been to the recently unveiled Diagon Alley, which in our opinion, is a million times better than Hogsmeade!}. you can watch my surprise video for robbie here and the full version here! i'll be sharing a short post about our vacation later this week.on a final note, i wanted to leave a few words about a recent photo i posted at the beach that received a lot of feedback, both negative and positive. first of all, if you were offended by it, i'm so sorry. that was never my intention. however, i won't apologize for the swimsuit. for those who have questioned my testimony because of that swimmy, i am an active, temple-worthy member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. your negativity & judgements define who you are, not who i am. that's all i'm going to say on the matter.happy monday! i'm looking forward to a productive week! this weekend is Utah Fashion Week and i am so excited to pull out my evening gown. xx top: Free Peoplejeans: Current//Elliottover-the-knee boots: Rachel Zoeclutch: GiGi New Yorkring: oldsunnies: Targetlips: Heroine
