that 70s look.

dsc_2041-editthis is my very last post from New York Fashion Week! i've loved being able to share my style from the week with you!as i mentioned in this post, i was able to collab with Meg Stringham for a hair photo shoot. Meg owns Runway Hair Salon in Draper, Utah and she was out at NYFW doing models' hair backstage for all of Fashion Week. such a cool opportunity, right?! she's a mega talented girl boss and you might remember she did my hair for this style shoot right before we moved from Utah.Meg replicated a hairstyle she did for one of the shows! a lot of the hairstyles this year for each show were either very, very flat or that wet look Kim K rocked a few weeks ago. for this style, Meg twisted small sections of my hair and then ran a straightener over these twists to create this flat, loose wave. because my outfit had a bit of a boho flare, she then added in a few braids! so easy to recreate and so chic, too.you can check out Meg's IG here. also, she's Cameron Diaz's long lost twin. jokes aside, the resemblance is uncanny. be sure to follow her! she posts the most awesome braids. oh, and she owns her own hair extension company, too! see? total girl boss. xxdsc_1967-edit-2 dsc_1973-edit-2 dsc_2014-edit dsc_2052-edit dsc_2030 dsc_1971-edit-2 dsc_2040 dsc_2055 dsc_2051-edit dsc_2007-edit dsc_2062-edit-2green floral peplum topdark wash bootcut jeans {on sale!}Stuart Weitzman nude pumpsGiGi New York cross-bodybow chokerRay-Ban round sunglassessassy mauve lipstickHidden Crown Hair extensions {wearing #2 Dark Brown}hair by Meg Stringham
