when the Gal Meets Glam team emailed me and wanted to send over a dress from the new October collection, i literally squealed! for those of you who don't know, Gal Meets Glam is the most beautiful collection of dresses {and now skirts, jackets, and jumpsuits} by one of my favorite bloggers Julia Engel! she actually used to live in SF, and i met her right before she moved. she's just as kind, genuine, and beautiful in person. GMG basically represents all things feminine, so the dress collection she launched this spring was a no brainer. every month she releases new dresses and i've worn quite a few {here, here, here, and here}. i love that the line is feminine, classy, AND size inclusive! the quality of these dresses is my favorite part. each one i've worn has just felt so luxe and well-made.i couldn't be more in love with this satin mauve dress for fall! it's such a beautiful fit and perfect for holiday occassions coming up, too. since the dress is the hero piece of this look, i added minimal accessories to let it stand out. love the way the dress moved when i walk, too! speaking of... i can't wait to see the pieces Julia launches for the holiday! if i knew her style like i think i do, there will be lots of bows, velvets, and some sequins.you can see her line here and it's sold on Nordstrom, too! each site has some dresses specific to them, so be sure to check out both. thanks to the Gal Meets Glam team for sending me such a beautiful dress! xx
