i love New York City. years ago, i interned one summer in Manhattan and have remained enamored by the energy of the Big Apple. New York Fashion Week begins next week, and i can't wait to go back! robbie and i went to NYC together for the first time last month, and it was so fun to show him all around my favorite spots in the City. one of those is the Top of the Rock! in my opinion, nothing beats these views. i love that you get the Empire State Building in your shots on one side and Central Park on the other.i've always wanted to do a photoshoot at the Top of the Rock, so i reserved our tickets online for the opening hour at 8am! we went up with Lauren from Laurel Creative, who i always shoot with while in the city. since it was a week day, we had the entire place to ourselves for the first 20 mins! it's all i've ever wanted in a photoshoot in NYC! i love these photos, and i highly suggest if you want to beat the crowds to go early in the morning on a week day. i've also been at the end of the day before at sunset, and while the view can be extra pretty with golden or pink skies, it's hard to get a shot without people in it. plan ahead and go first thing in the morning and i promise there is nothing like having this dreamy view all to yourself.see you soon, NYC! my dress is on sale here. xx white eyelet dress {on sale!}pink Valentino Rockstud flats pink dangle earrings round straw bag Celine sunglasses Candy Yum Yum lipstick
