velvet midi dress.

i actually wore this outfit on Christmas this year, which was the perfect look for worshipping at church! it was festive, stylish, yet also conservative. i feel in love with this velvet midi dress & since this layering look is back in {hello nineties!}, it made for the perfect ensemble. my dress is on major sale right now, too! this was actually ended up being a maxi length on me {i'm 5'5} when it arrived and my mom helped me hem it. just be aware of that when ordering!although i wore this for Christmas, it's also an easy Valentine's Day date look. i've always loved the combination of black & red for the holiday, as the darker tones dress it up perfectly for a bit of a more sultry look. i'm excited to wear this velvet midi dress with a long cardigan, tights, and booties for a more casual outfit, too! love that the velvet trend is still going strong.i have a feeling this short week is going to fly! have the best day. xxps: read all about my Chanel bag here red ruffle blouse {sold out, love this one}velvet midi dressGucci gold-capped stilettosChanel bag {bought here}black chandelier earringsbeso liquid lipstick
