we are less than a week away from Valentine's Day, and i'm so excited! i mentioned before that Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays... there's just something about celebrating love that i can't get enough of {and all the pink and red!}.this was a short week for us since we got back home from Dallas on Monday evening, so i wanted to dedicate this Casual Friday post to all things love day.if you're still looking for date night ideas, i shared a list here! included are ideas for you and your significant other, you and your gals pals, and even ideas to treat yourself!one of my favorite treats to receive are these cookies! they are SO delicious. my mom has been sending them to me since i left home for college in 2010... so you could say i'm a long-time fan. this would be a great gift idea for the sweet tooth lover in your life!this red ribbed knit dress is finally in stock in all sizes and would make for the perfect casual date night outfit {see inspo here}.i'm still giggling over how this zoo is getting back at your ex for Valentine's Day!the chunky knit heart sweater i'm wearing sold out SO fast {from multiple vendors too!}, but i've tracked down a few very similar ones. shop it here, here, here, and here.if you're looking to add a little more self-love into your life, here's a fun list to incorporate some ideas for the month of February.one of my favorite fine jewelry brands is running a really great Valentine's Day sale! drop a hint to your lover... or treat yourself! you can find a lot of fab items under $500. this ring in rose gold has been on my list for awhile now!i can't exactly tell you what i'm getting robbie for Vday {he reads all my posts!}, but i will say i'm going more experiential this year. some ideas for you all would be to plan a fun date night to TopGolf, snag concert tickets to see his favorite artist/band, make reservations at his favorite restaurant, plan something unique like a hot air balloon ride/skydiving, or even surprise him with a little staycation!not Valentine's related, but because it was so highly requested i just wanted to remind you that i shared a tutorial on how i curl my hair + all the products i use!we are headed to LA next week for the entire week! i have a really fun event on Monday and Saturday, so we just decided to fill the week with meetings and photoshoots. some of our really good friends live in Venice, so we can't wait to catch up with them too! hope you have the best weekend. xx
