The Confidante in South Beach.

i'm so excited to share with you all about Miami Swim Week last month, but first i wanted to show you exactly where we stayed in South Beach, The Confidante! this is a beachfront hotel that Robbie and i both really enjoyed and never wanted to leave! the entire hotel has a midcentury modern design and every single piece of art and decor fit perfectly with the beachy theme {see the dreamy chandelier in the entrance below!}. we stayed at The Confidante for four nights and although we had a crazy schedule because of Swim Week, we still had a lot of opportunities to relax.our first morning in South Beach, i attended a SoulCycle class and then came back to the hotel for massages from the spa with Robbie. after a six-hour flight the day before and a hard sweat sesh that morning, it was so nice to unwind. The Confidante's spa is located on the roof and it's outdoor! just around the corner of the spa is the workout area, where you can sign up for a group class each day. how fun is the motivating Muhammad Ali mural below?! the sitting terrace in between the spa and workout area is so cute and perfect for meditating & relaxing.while the pool area is amazing {there's two heated pools!}, we went straight to the beach from the spa. each room comes with two beach chairs + towel rentals per day and a colorful sun umbrella is only $19 extra. i couldn't get over how fun and vibrant all of the beach furniture was! you'll see below that it was an instagram dream! even better, you can also order food on the beach from the hotel's restaurant Bird & Bone. we ordered burgers on the beach that first day, and then we also ate lunch at the actual restaurant inside of the hotel later in the week and it was amazing. i had an yummy salad and we sipped cold lemonade while it lightly rained. that's one thing i wasn't expecting in Miami, all of the rain! i think it rained at some point every single day we were there.our room had a partial ocean view and it was so pretty! i loved all of the small details in the room that truly made it feel like we were on vacation at a tropical location. it was very Miami Beach vibes. from the cheeky 'Do Not Disturb' sign and branded palm print room keys to the full-size Jonathan Adler toiletries and beach wall art, i loved our room! the rooms are on the smaller side, but still had all the room we needed.we spent some time at the pool on Saturday, which just so happens to be a big party every weekend. summer Saturdays at the pool include a live DJ and it was so fun to hang out and watch everyone jam to the music. since the beach is just a few steps from the pool, it's super easy to go back and forth in one day. we also just loved walking up and down the boardwalk that connects all the beachfront hotels in South Beach.even with the extreme summer humidity, Robbie and i loved South Beach and our stay at The Confidante! we recommend it to anyone visiting and looking for a fun place to stay. there's cute bikes to rent, several dining options, and perfect beachfront access. there's also a convenient valet service for an additional fee that is charged to your room if you drive. keep scrolling to view all of the photos from our stay, and you can see how fun all the midcentury modern decor is! xx

thanks to The Confidante for hosting us!
