robbie and i just returned home from a week in Palm Springs and it was so magical! we always say Palm Springs is our happy place and here's why: it's warm, colorful, relaxing, and honestly has the best shooting locations. it's no secret that the famous #thatpinkdoor is a favorite spot of mine, but we stumbled into Moorten Botanical Gardens and that might have changed haha! this cactus wonderland is an incredible showplace garden that's open to the public to walk through at your leisure or go on a guided tour. it's $5 for adults and we dropped by right at 10am when they open during the current season to be some of the first guests. i am absolutely in love with how these photos turned out! all of the different kinds of cacti are so fun!most of you know i was born and raised in Las Vegas; i'm a desert girl at heart! there's nothing i love more than dry heat and sunshine. the beach is one of my favorite places, but a pool in the middle of the desert is just as good to me. you could say i was made for it!scroll down to see my desert ensemble amongst the cacti! my mini dress is under $100 and so comfy! we found out recently we will be heading to Coachella, so i'm in a full-on desert mindset to hunt down the best outfits. any suggestions!? xx button-up mini dress {i'm wearing the XL}cognac OTK bootsfelt hatround sunglassesChloe Nile bagtassel earringsPatina liquid lipstick
