transitioning to spring with color!

i'm in full on spring mode, but i realize that not everyone is experiencing spring-like weather quite yet {ahem, looking at the blizzard in NYC currently}. i think a lot of it has to do with our week spent in Palm Springs where even though the desert nights were cool, it was warm & sunny every single day! that being said, i mentioned here that at this point in the season i like to soften my wardrobe with more neutrals in preparation for the new season. my other favorite tip is to add more colorful layering pieces to your wardrobe! there's nothing quite like a fun & cheery outfit to brighten your day during {what seems like} an endless winter.so whether you're a west coast gal like me and just need a thicker cardigan or you're elsewhere where it's still snowing, below i'm sharing my favorite colorful layering pieces to get you through the rest of winter! the best part? so many of them are on sale because it's the end of season! xx
