My Hometown Baby Shower
i was so incredibly blessed to have two baby showers for Baby Tripp! my first was thrown by my sweet Tripp family in Salt Lake City {see the post here!} and the second was thrown a week ago in my hometown of Las Vegas. my mom hosted and made the sweetest quilt for Baby Tripp, my aunt did all the gorgeous floral arrangements, and my best friend Laurel and her mom Christie {my second family!!! we've been besties since elementary school} planned, baked, cooked, designed, and executed the entire shower. it was such a special and fun weekend! Robbie and i drove up from Arizona, and we spent the entire weekend with family and friends celebrating our little guy. it was such a fun afternoon eating delicious food and catching up with old friends. my dad and Robbie had originally planned to go see a movie or play golf but everyone was having such a nice time chatting they ended up hanging out for the entire shower and i loved having them there! my best friend Tamryn even flew in from San Francisco and brought the sweetest gifts {read: she spoiled him}! Baby Tripp and i felt so loved and it was so sweet and special.i'm so excited to share all the photos from the shower with you! there wasn't really a theme as much as a color palette. i just wanted white and gold with pretty greenery and small pops of light blue! we hired Bethany to shoot the shower and i couldn't recommend her enough for any of you Vegas locals. she nailed all the shots and i love how these photos turned out! how cute are Baby Tripp's matching shoes with dad?!special thanks to Minted for the beautiful invitations {exact template here}, who we use for every major occasion: Christmas cards, event invites, announcements, etc. also, a big thanks to my sweet follower Andrena {@crazyconfections} who mailed me the prettiest custom cookies all the way from Connecticut!and of course, huge thank you to the family and friends who made the weekend so special! we left with full hearts and are so ready to bring this sweet babe into the world. xxmy baby shower outfit here:

sadly we took this photo at the very end, so there's quite a few family/friends missing, but so thankful for the sweet people that came to celebrate Baby Tripp!
