living in San Francisco, i don’t usually get to dress in heavy layers. it’s been so fun visiting family in Utah this winter and now being in Tahoe! while i prefer the actual weather of spring and summer, as i’ve gotten older winter fashion has become one of my favorites. there’s just something about cozy sweaters, layering with chic coats, and wearing fun cold-weather accessories. being from Vegas, i didn’t learn how to truly layer for the cold until i lived in Utah for college, but now there’s nothing more fun than piecing together a layered look.

i love faux fur and shearling pieces because of how luxe they look, while still being budget-friendly. my shearling boots keep going out of stock, but i finally was able to snag them and they have become one of my favorite booties this season {in stock right now and on sale!}. also, my red parka  is on sale for under $50 and such a fun statement coat that will keep you warm. the color is a true red and matches all of my favorite red accessories perfectly!

we are wrapping up our first trip to Tahoe and it was one for the books! robbie and i loved our ski experience here and can’t wait to share all the fun things we did with Squaw Valley in a blog post soon! be sure to catch all the fun from this week on my IG Story Highlight called ‘Tahoe.’ have the best weekend! xx
