Top 10 Best Christmas Movies

Since having Taz, I've spent a lot of time on our comfy couch: nursing, sleeping, playing, etc. This is probably the best time of the year to spend so much time on a couch because I get to watch all the cute and cheesy Christmas movies my heart desires! Not sure what Taz thinks about all these sappy movies but I think he likes them too hehe! I've pretty much watched them all {and some more than a few times}, I thought I'd share my ten faves! The below list is no particular order, just my holiday favorites. Have you seen any of the below?! Tell me your own favorite in the comments! xx

The Santa Clause
The first in this classic trilogy is my very favorite Christmas movie! I've always loved the storyline and felt like I grew up on this movie. Little Charlie is so cute! The sequels are cute {a little more cheesy!} too.

Noelle
A fantastic brand new Disney+ original! We were a bit hesitant when we saw it was rated G and thought it would just be a silly, slapstick comedy for small children. But it's actually so cute, genuinely funny, and really well written. Plus, bonus points that a lot of the movie was shot and set right here in Phoenix! I always love Anna Kendrick and Bill Hader was so funny in it. I'm not ashamed to say I've watched this one at least five times, haha!

Dr. Seuss' The Grinch
This is the 2018 animated version of How The Grinch Stole Christmas and I LOVE it! I wasn't a huge fan of the Jim Carrey one {it was a little too weird for my taste}, but this one includes a ton of fun pop culture and I prefer this cute story animated.

A Christmas Prince trilogy
Definitely falls under the classic cheesy, "Hallmark" category and I'm here for it. The latest movie just came out a few days ago and I watched it for the first time on my birthday. I hope they keep the story going and make a fourth next year, haha!

The Princess Switch
Starring Vanessa Hudgens, so you know it's going to be goooood, haha! A baker and a princess switch places for a few days and I'm just going to let you guess if they end up falling in love with each other's male interest. ;)

Home Alone (1 & 2)
Of course the original is a classic, but Home Alone 2: Lost in New York is one of my very favorite Christmas movies. I love NYC at Christmas and it totally captures that fun holiday spirit!

Elf
A classic Christmas movie of my generation and each time I watch it still find it funny. Unpopular opinion here: I'm not a huge Will Ferrell fan. BUT I love him in this movie and the humor never gets old.

Four Christmases
This is Robbie's favorite holiday movie {it's totally his sense of humor} and I love it too! It has a few of our favorite actors in it {Reese Witherspoon, Vince Vaughn, Jon Favreau} and it's just downright hilarious because it truly captures how insane family time can be during Christmas.

The Holiday
One of my favorite romantic comedies ever! It's so well done and has so much heart, it's never cheesy, always endearing. The cast of Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law, and Jack Black is fantastic.

Jack Frost
I used to always watch this movie with my family growing up. It's a feel good, tear-jerker that's also funny and great for kids!
