trend alert: Parisian polka dots.
in today's post, i'm throwing it back to this past spring in Paris! i shared this outfit via instagram while there and wore it on our first day. since polka dots are having a major moment this fall, i wanted to roundup my current favorite items in the print. most items are under $100, too! tip: mix and match by wearing the same print in different sizes, like my dress and scarf.i've always loved polka dots, and for some reason i've always associated them with Parisian style. i specifically brought this look on our Europe trip to channel my inner-Parisian style. there's just something about the way French women dress that i've always admired. it's effortless and chic, yet comfortable and timeless all at the same time.these photos were taken on the Champs Élysées in front of the Arc de Triomphe. our first full day there was actually a national holiday, Labor Day, so the streets were so quiet in the morning. we were able to snap these incredible photos with hardly any traffic! be sure to check out my Paris Travel Guide here. scroll down to view more of my outfit and my favorite polka dot items! xxtops:
