UPDATED every day makeup routine.

thank you all so much for being patient with me! i didn't post here on SRL last week due to travel and a death in the family. in one week we were in Palm Springs, Salt Lake City, and Dallas. for my mental health, i knew i needed to step back and take a small break to focus on other things. i so appreciate all of your love and concern!that being said, i've been meaning to update my every day makeup routine {original post here}, so i figured today would be a great time! it's the last day of the Sephora VIB sale where you can get 15% off your entire purchase with code 'YAYVIB' at checkout! i always love to stock up on my faves during Sephora sales, so at the bottom of this post i'll share what i purchased. i've changed a lot in my makeup routine since i posted it last summer, and i am honestly obsessed with all of my current products. stay tuned for a tutorial on my IG Stories later this week! soon i'll share my skincare routine as well, as that's another very popular question. feel free to ask any questions below!

my every day makeup routine:

primer: Nars Radiance Primer Broad Spectrumi love this product! it has SPF 35 in it, doesn't feel oily, soaks right in, and helps my makeup go on so smooth. i started using this in January with the below Nars foundation and love the combo!foundation: Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation in Deauvillei first heard about this foundation at the beginning of 2018 from one of my favorite YouTubers, Lydia Millen. i was looking for a more full coverage foundation and decided to head to my local Nordstrom to try it out. months later, i absolutely love it! it's pricey, but well worth it. it's full coverage, but it's very buildable. i only use about a dime amount every single day, so it's already lasted me months and nowhere near empty. Nars products are meant to be applied with your finger tips, and i've never had such smooth application before {something about the heat of your hands activating the application better?!}. i don't cake on my makeup, so i love that i can have lighter or more full coverage depending on the event/occasion. highly recommend!concealer: Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Creme Bruleei purchased this alongside the above two products, since i feel like most lines are meant to go with one another. i hadn't really used a concealer beforehand, but i love adding a bit more coverage to those spots i want covered!setting powder: NYX HD Studio Finishing Powder in Translucentone of my makeup artist friends years ago recommended this product because it's so similar to the Makeup Forever version, but a third of the price. i love it because powder seems to be the one product i go through the most and it sets my makeup well. i pick mine up at Target! i did just purchase this powder during the Sephora sale because so many bloggers/friends have raved about it. we will see how it compares!

bronzer: Nars Bronzing Powder in Lagunathis and the blush below have been staples in my makeup routine for years! love it!blush: Nars Blush in Orgasmthe perfect universal blush, in my opinion!contour: NYX Wonderstick Concealer in UniversalNYX sent me this a few weeks ago, and since i was out of my Chubby Stick, i started using it! both get the job done, as i don't contour much {my nose, underneath my lip, and that's about it}. both are great!highlighter: Anastasia x Amrezy highlighterthere was a frenzy to purchase this when it came out a few months ago, and i still love it and think it's the best highlighter i've ever purchased! just head to Amrezy's Twitter or YouTube in general to see all the rave reviews.

eyebrow products: Benefit Gimme Brow in Deep, Benefit 3D Browtones in deepBenefit sent me a ton of their products last summer and i've been in love ever since! both of these are my favorite and i use them together every single day. i have microbladed my eyebrows in the past, but i'd rather take 30 seconds to apply these brow products than take time, money, and pain to get my brows touched up twice a year.mascara: Maybelline Define-A-Lash {used on my bottom lashes}i have eyelash extensions, but this is the mascara i use on my bottom lashes. i have been using it since high school! tried and true is sometimes the way to go.eyeliner: MAC Kohl Power Eyeliner in Felinethe only eyeliner i've found {i've tried many from designer to drugstore} that lasts the longest on my lower waterline!eye shadow palette: Urban Decay Naked3 Paletteloveeee this palette! i'm more of a neutral gal, so these colors are perfect for me and my skin tone/brown eyes. i also really love these glitter shadows for more dressy events!

lip products: see my favorite lipsticks here.my favorite long-lasting liquid lipsticks are by Stila. love the colors Beso, Patina, Caramello, and Bacca.setting spray: Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Sprayi just started using this a few weeks ago {needed something to help my makeup last all day & night during Coachella} and i love it! it's a great finishing product to my routine.
